apple galette

we had people over to our house last night

so i made this because i saw it on some blog in the blogosphere

and thought it looked easy enough - and it was

everyone seemed to like it

because there weren't any leftovers for my breakfast this morning

but one of my favorite things is when people ask you

"ooh this is good, did you make it?"

and you say "yah i made it from scratch"

hahaha that line should be added to shiz girls say right away
