today i went to heaven on earth
(the antique store)
and i brought some siblings along
emma bee-lined straight for
the ugliest thing in the entire store and broke it
i now am the owner of a teapot of
the sexy green m&m
don't ask me why it was not at goodwill
where it belonged
but on the bright side
to make her feel better
(because she broke down in tears of embarrassment)
i told her that
she just saved someone else from buying
the ugliest thing i have ever seen
